This machine is a high-tech filling device that integrates microcomputer (PLC) programmable control, photoelectric sensing, and pneumatic actuation. It is specifically designed for filling food-grade liquids—such as baijiu, soy sauce, vinegar, seasonings, vegetable oil, syrups, mineral water—and agrochemicals. The filling process delivers precise dosing, with no air bubbles and no dripping. It is suitable for a wide range of bottle formats, from 50 to 1,000 ml, including tapered‑neck bottles.
It is suitable for filling containers of various specifications and can switch between fill volumes in just a few minutes, offering short cycle times and high production capacity. Changing fill specifications requires no additional spare parts—only simple adjustments are needed. Users can select the number of filling heads based on their desired throughput. The machine features a color touch-screen interface that displays production status, operating procedures, filling modes, and more, providing an intuitive display, straightforward operation, and easy maintenance. Each filling head is equipped with a bottle‑neck positioning system to ensure precise alignment during dispensing.
The design employs a linear bottle‑in and bottle‑out grouping system, enabling expanded filling capabilities. It can efficiently handle containers of various shapes. Equipped with imported gas‑filling valves, the system ensures drip‑free, spill‑free filling. Powered by robust PLC software, it delivers optimal filling performance, while an intuitive human–machine interface allows all operations to be performed on a color touchscreen.
Filling is performed using fixed flow‑channel parameters, with filling time controlled to achieve different dosing volumes. For pneumatic‑valve filling, the precise timing can be set to 0.01 seconds, enabling dosing accuracy within a ±1% tolerance, thereby minimizing unnecessary material waste and enhancing operational cost efficiency. Each filling head’s dose can be individually adjusted to ensure consistent fill volumes. The machine incorporates an advanced bottle‑feeding sequence that prevents filling when no bottles are present or when the count does not meet the required threshold; filling only commences when the counter indicates the preset number of bottles. Initial adjustments can be made to reach the desired fill volume, followed by fine‑tuning to achieve optimal dosing accuracy.
