Rotary filling machines can be configured to operate in atmospheric, vacuum, or isobaric filling modes, ensuring foam-free, drip-free filling with precise fill volumes. They are widely used for dispensing low-viscosity liquids such as baijiu, beverages, seasonings, and pharmaceutical solutions.
Performance Features:
1. High precision: When calibrated to a capacity of 500 mL, the average error is ±1.5 mL.
2. The filling volume is adjusted via an integrated system that combines electric full-range adjustment with manual fine-tuning, ensuring precise dosing. Equipped with imported digital displays and encoders, the set filling volume is directly indicated on the control panel.
3. High speed: 3,000–5,000 bottles per hour (500 ml/bottle), with stepless variable-frequency drive.
4. Large capacity: The filling volume can be continuously adjusted anywhere between 100 and 750 milliliters.
5. Wide applicability: Adapts to various irregularly shaped bottles and bottles of different diameters; the central support column is adjustable, allowing filling of bottles at different heights without the need to change parts.
6. No liquid loss: The liquid adheres to the inner wall of the bottle and sprays evenly, without forming foam or overflowing.
7. No Bottle Breakage: Utilizing a world‑leading soft‑support mechanism (elastic bottle‑holding device), it is not limited by bottle height and can accommodate both tall and short bottles. If a bottle is not properly positioned, it will not break or damage the machine.
8. Automatic liquid-level control: A float-type level-control valve ensures stable liquid-level maintenance.
9. Soft start: The entire machine starts without any impact; operation ramps up from low to high speed, preventing bottle breakage and equipment damage.
10. Equipped with automatic protection: An overload clutch protection device is installed at the bottle‑feeding and discharging indexing wheel; in the event of an abnormal condition, the machine will automatically stop and sound an alarm.
11. Attractive appearance: All parts of this machine that come into contact with the liquid, as well as its exposed components, are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel to ensure that the filled product remains free from contamination.
