Product Description:
The fully automatic liquid filling machine employs a plunger‑type metering filling principle, with bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and discharge all controlled automatically by a PLC, in compliance with GMP standards. It is suitable for filling liquids in the pharmaceutical, food, daily‑use chemical, agrochemical, and fine chemical industries.
1: Touchscreen operating interface
2:8 reciprocating filling, effectively preventing foam formation.
3: Filling accuracy can reach ±1%
4: The filling cylinder is hard-chrome plated and ground, featuring a unique filling valve design that prevents dripping.
5: Includes a no-bottle, no-filling feature and an automatic stop function when bottles accumulate.
6: Design different positioning devices based on the actual conditions of the bottle.
7: The equipment is easy to clean, can be disassembled and reassembled without tools, and supports in-line cleaning or high-temperature sterilization.
8: PLC programmable control, using Mitsubishi from Japan.
9: Electrical control uses Schneider from France.
10: Pneumatic components are supplied by Taiwan’s AIRTAC.
11: All equipment components that come into contact with materials are made of SUS 304 stainless steel.
12: Equipped with a glass protective shield that meets hygiene and safety standards.
