Working principle:
This machine uses an electrically controlled pneumatic cylinder or a servo motor as the filling drive. After the filled container is conveyed to the designated position at the left end of the conveyor line by the action of the conveyor chain plate, the positioning cylinder locks it into place. The lifting cylinder then descends, and the filling nozzle plunges in to perform the fill. Both the fill volume and the filling time are precisely controlled according to the preset parameters. Following a predetermined delay, the lifting cylinder rises, the positioning cylinder returns to its home position, and the filled container is conveyed to the right end, completing one work cycle.

7. Convenient adjustment (servo‑type): To switch filling specifications, simply modify the parameters on the touch screen; all filling heads are pre‑set to the correct settings, and fine adjustments to the fill volume can be made directly on the touch screen.
8. Functions can be customized to meet customer requirements, including heating, stirring, submersible filling, anti‑drip filling, large‑particle filling nozzles, and filling of high‑viscosity materials, among others.
This line is suitable for the filling and production of viscous liquids such as lubricating oils and edible oils, and it integrates filling, cap placement, capping, aluminum foil sealing, and labeling into a fully automated process.
