The cup-filling and sealing machine is a packaging device specifically designed for sealing beverage cups. It features simple operation, stable performance, and easy maintenance. It can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a production line.
Basic functions:
Porous single-row aluminum alloy acid-resistant mold. (New machine models can be designed according to customer requirements.) Automatic cup dropping – automatic double filling (red beans, soy milk) – UV sterilization lamp – automatic double sealing – automatic film cutting – cup dispensing.
Basic structure of the equipment:
1. Frame: Constructed from high-quality carbon steel via welding (with the option of an all-stainless-steel design), externally clad in stainless steel, and fitted with robust bolts at the base for secure ground contact.
2. Drive system: Composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a cam indexer, a template, and a drive chain, among other components.
3. Cup‑dropping system: Composed of a frame, slide rails, a cup‑storage bin, and a cup‑pushing cylinder, among other components. A PLC control system synchronizes the sequence of operations by sending signals when the mold stops.
4. Filling System: The material storage tank is made of 304 stainless steel; it employs pneumatic‑cylinder‑driven, piston‑type volumetric filling with non‑contact dispensing, offering freely adjustable fill volumes and precise dosing, and is equipped with a liquid‑level control device.
5. Coding System: Automatic ribbon coding with adjustable constant-temperature control, allowing for quick replacement of characters. Easy to load and unload.
6. Film‑alignment system: An optoelectronic sensor automatically corrects the film pattern to ensure proper alignment with the cup opening.
7. Capping System: Composed of a cap storage bin, rotary cylinder, robotic arm, suction cups, and other components (vacuum generator) for film application.
