Product Features:
1. The chain‑track capping machine is a specialized device developed by our factory for sealing plastic anti‑counterfeiting caps.
2. The machine consists of a support frame, a lower conveyor line, and an upper conveyor line. The lower conveyor line is connected to the main production line and driven by its power unit, while the upper conveyor line is driven by an independent variable-speed motor. Upon startup, the speeds of the upper and lower conveyor lines are synchronized. During operation, the inlet end of the bottle‑feeding section is elevated, gradually decreasing toward the rear, thereby ensuring that the bottle caps are firmly pressed and secured onto the bottle openings. The variable-speed motor is equipped with a cushioning device at one end, effectively preventing damage to both the caps and the bottle mouths.
