The pneumatic capping machine is a simple, automated capping device developed by our company in response to customer needs. It is suitable for the automatic crimping of various types of bottle caps, offering excellent cost-effectiveness. It can be used standalone or integrated with a conveyor system, features a compact footprint that’s easy to set up, and is user‑friendly with a wide range of applications. The machine housing is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring both an attractive appearance and hygienic performance. As an economical and practical solution, this capping machine boasts a straightforward design and easy operation, making it an ideal production equipment choice for small and medium‑sized factories.
Installation and Commissioning:
1. First, carefully inspect the gas lines and connecting cables for any looseness or disconnection. Also, check whether the equipment has sustained damage due to impacts during transportation, and verify that no screws are loose or missing.
2. Connect the air lines; if using a matching filling machine, the electrical and pneumatic circuits are typically mounted on the equipment. Simply route the photoelectric switch and air lines to the external connections.
3. After connecting the power and air lines, adjust the height of the presser according to your needs so that, when pressing, the bottle is positioned exactly at the center of the presser.
4. Adjust the distance between the presser and the bottle: Place the bottle on the platform, set the presser so that its distance from the bottle’s opening is 1–2 mm, and after positioning the cap, perform a test to ensure the cap is pressed appropriately; make slight adjustments as needed. The sealing head can be adjusted to control the speed of rotation, depending on the tightness of the cap.
5. During operation, place the bottle in front of the bottle‑stop fork, step on the foot switch to apply the cap, release the foot switch, and remove the bottle. Repeat this sequence.
