The in-line automatic aluminum foil sealing machine operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction, instantly generating high temperatures in the aluminum foil seal on the bottle opening and fusing it to the container, thereby achieving a hermetic seal. It provides excellent moisture‑proof, mold‑resistant, and anti‑counterfeiting protection, extending the shelf life of the packaged product. This in-line unit features a split‑type design with air cooling; its performance is comparable to that of water‑cooled models. It can be integrated into automated production lines or operated as a standalone system.
Note: This equipment is intended for use on an assembly line only; for standalone operation, a separate conveyor table must be provided. It can operate continuously for 24 hours.
