Product Overview
The automatic corner‑sealing machine receives cartons that have already been sealed at the front end—top and bottom—before entering a 90-degree turning unit. A pusher plate conveys the cartons into the corner‑sealing station, where photoelectric sensors detect their presence. Based on the carton dimensions, the PLC automatically adjusts the machine’s width and height. It seals all four corners simultaneously, delivering high sealing speeds with crisp, wrinkle‑free folds. The top and bottom corners of the carton are sealed and smoothed in one operation, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Simple, convenient, and fast, this system is ideal for customers with stringent outer‑packaging requirements and manufacturers that demand rigorous protection for their internal products.
