Introduction:
The automatic lid‑folding and box‑sealing machine operates by automatically folding down the four top flaps of a carton and sealing it with adhesive tape. When integrated into an assembly line, operators simply fold the four hinged panels at the bottom of the carton; after loading the contents, the carton is fed onto a conveyor belt driven by side rollers. The machine’s upper lid‑folding mechanism then activates, completing both the lid‑folding and sealing in a single step. It is ideally suited for integration with fully automated production lines.
