The labeling system employs a suction‑adhesion method, enabling label application on flat surfaces of various workpieces, such as cosmetic squeeze bottles, packaging boxes, and plastic caps. By modifying the label‑applying mechanism, it can also handle uneven surfaces, including concave planes and curved surfaces. With interchangeable fixtures, it accommodates labeling on a wide range of irregularly shaped parts. Optional ribbon coders or inkjet printers allow printing of production dates and batch numbers directly onto the labels, achieving integrated coding and labeling.
