The label‑applying method employs a suction‑adhesion technique, enabling labeling on flat surfaces of various workpieces, such as cosmetic squeeze bottles, packaging boxes, and plastic caps. By modifying the label‑covering mechanism, it can also handle uneven surfaces, including concave planes and curved surfaces; and by adjusting the fixture, it is suitable for labeling a wide range of irregularly shaped workpieces.
Optionally equipped with a ribbon coder or inkjet printer, it prints production dates and batch numbers directly onto labels, enabling integrated coding and labeling. With robust functionality, it can apply labels to products with flat, curved, cylindrical, concave, convex, or other surface geometries.
