Labeling heads for conveyor lines are widely used in industries such as packaging, food, toys, daily chemicals, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. They can be integrated into production lines to apply labels to flat or curved surfaces of moving products, enabling inline labeling—for example, when paired with a coding‑and‑marking conveyor belt to label items as they pass by. These heads can also be combined with pillow‑type packaging machines, automated assembly lines, printing presses, and other equipment to achieve on‑line labeling. Optional integration with inkjet coders or marking printers allows printing of production dates, batch numbers, and barcodes directly onto labels. Additionally, when equipped with a marking printer mounted on the conveyor, it can print production dates, batch numbers, barcodes, and other information either before or after labeling.
