3. In a clockwise direction, rotate the T‑shaped handle on the traction mechanism approximately half a turn to release the spacing between the two traction axles, then loosen the two pressure‑mark manganese plates as well.
4. Wrap the label in the direction of the red arrow shown in the diagram (ensuring the entire label strip remains as parallel as possible and does not skew). Then, gently press the label‑pressing metal plate against the label strip, and turn the T‑shaped handle on the puller clockwise by about half a rotation until you feel it securely locked into place. Adjustment of label positioning before and after application: By detecting the presence of the object with a photoelectric sensor—either advancing or delaying the detection—control is exercised over the sequence of label dispensing; by adjusting the dispensing delay, the order of label output can be managed; and by setting a stop‑delay, the length of the second label extending from the dispenser can be regulated. By combining these three methods, the label can be precisely positioned for accurate application.
III. Electrical Operations:
Connect the power supply → Open both emergency stop switches to start the labeling machine → Configure the HMI → Begin labeling.
