The working principle, equipment configuration, and process flow of a self-adhesive labeling machine: The self-adhesive labeling section is a relatively independent subsystem of the fully automatic round-bottle labeling machine, comprising the labeling unit, the label‑feeding mechanism, and the take‑up/recovery system. The label‑supply unit consists of an unwind mechanism and a buffer zone; the unwind shaft releases the label web in accordance with the labeling speed. To accommodate the intermittent operation of the labeling mechanism, labels are first stored in the buffer. The label‑picking mechanism includes a servo motor and a label‑picking tongue plate. The label‑picking motor pulls the label web based on the position and speed of the moving bottle; as the label passes over the tongue plate, it is picked up, and a rotating brush applies the label to the bottle. Any remaining liner or plastic film after labeling is collected by the recovery system.
Round-bottle labeling machine: Used for applying labels to bottles and cylindrical containers, it is generally categorized into horizontal labeling and vertical labeling. Horizontal labeling involves placing the bottle flat to complete the label application, while vertical labeling, in contrast, applies the label in a vertical orientation. Semi-automatic labelers are typically horizontal, whereas fully automatic models come in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
Flat‑surface labeling machine: a machine used to apply labels to the surfaces of objects, such as barcodes and bottle‑cap labels. This type of labeler is typically vertical; horizontal‑direction labelers are relatively rare.
