The structure of the fully automatic double-sided labeling machine
 
1 Guiding mechanism: Used to align workpieces; for workpieces of different sizes, the adjustment can be made via the connecting joints of the guide rods.
 
2 Conveying mechanism: Transports workpieces to the right side for labeling and removes the labeled products.
 
3 Human–Machine Interface: A human–machine dialogue window for adjusting various parameters.
 
4 Electrical cabinet: the electrical control center of the labeling machine, housing various controllers and a PLC.
 
5. Bottle-spacing mechanism: Adjusts the spacing between workpieces by regulating the motor speed, ensuring sufficient time for labeling the preceding workpiece.
 
6 Label tray: Used to hold labels.
 
7 Labeling head vertical adjustment mechanism: used to adjust the vertical positioning of the label applicator.
 
8 Traction mechanism: Driven by an electric motor, it pulls the release liner and provides the power needed to peel off the label.
 
9 Label‑stripping plate: Removes labels. By routing the label around the plate, it forms an R‑corner, enabling efficient label removal.
 
10 Receiving mechanism: Recovers the release liner.
 
11 Label Overlamination: Applies an overlaminate to the labeled tags.
